Once exclusively reserved for the aristocracy, it is today celebrated across borders from the beer gardens of Bavaria to the bars of the metropolises. "Custom time" subjects the "upper fermentation" to a rejuvenation by combining folkloristic motifs from the animal world with urban designs.
